I watched a lot of movies today because I'm alone in the apartment (for the first time in months maybe) and I don't know what to do to with myself. I also started running which is CRAZY. I haven't run in 2 years cuz I'm all "ohh I smoke and my shins are kind of bad and I take walks" blah blah blah. It really does take your mind off of everything and make you feel the "exercise high" which I didn't really think existed. I can only run a mile and a half but I remember how hard running "the mile" was so I figure a mile and a half is pretty good.

oh and I saw "I love you man" yesterday, by myself, and it was pretty dissapointing. Funny stuff happened and paul rudd and jason segal were funny but bad editing and bad writing made it really hard to watch. dont pay $10 to see this and/or dont see it sober.

After a lot of pissing and moaning about how they locked us out of our roof, I finally opened the door with a hammer, screwdriver, pliers and a paring knife. I felt so cool afterwards I called everyone I know to tell them.

Tragedy at Sea: Joke Chokes Deckhand In Front of Kids
A deckhand on a charter boat full of school children from L.A. choked to death on a bait fish he had put in his mouth as a joke.
Salas called it a "tragic freak accident." It was made all the more horrific by the fact that it happened in front of the group about 20 elementary school kids from the The Los Angeles Unified School District.Fire Battalion Chief Battalion Chief Frank Hayes says the 54-year-old longtime fisherman was "trying to be lighthearted and make the students laugh when he put the fish in his mouth."
The fish lodged in his throat, Twaddle quickly lost consciousness and was later pronounced dead at St. Mary Medical Center.
